1Above is a great product developed in New Zealand aimed at travellers, focusing on jet lag, immune support, circulation, and hydration. I picked this bottle up at Auckland airport, as like many, I am a fan of travelling, but not the pain of sitting in a plane for a long time and feeling rubbish afterwards.

I bought a one litre bottle and drank half on the plane and half when I woke up the next day after a short sleep in a hotel. I am no good after not getting much sleep but I was surprised at how well I felt. I would say it was a combination of that and heading to some of the world’s most beautiful beaches.

I would put this on my shopping list for future trips. They also have tablets you can dissolve in water if that suits you better.

The bottle is hard so can be reused many times and is recyclable so make sure you do recycle it after it’s long life.
